David McWilliams of Decatur led a field of more than 10,000 runners through the streets of Atlanta to win the Georgia Marathon in a time of 2 hours, 34 minutes, 52 seconds. Kaye Starosciak of Canton, Ga., won the women’s title in 3:05.00.
