Overall wins the AJC Peachtree Road Race

Scott Overall was declared the winner of the open division of the AJC Peachtree Road Race after a photo finish on Saturday.

Overall edged Ben Payne by 9/100ths of a second, completing the 6.2-mile run in 29:30. Griffith Graves finished third (29:38). Nathan Haskins was the top finisher from Georgia. He finished 12th in 31:31.

It is believed to be the first photo finish in the history of the AJC Peachtee Road Race.

Overall, 32, is an Olympian in the marathon for Great Britain.

Payne, 33, is a pilot in the Air Force who won the Bolder Boulder in May.
