McDonough’s Austin Smith is ‘110 percent committed to Georgia Tech’

Three-star defensive tackle Austin Smith became the seventh member of Georgia Tech’s 2018 recruiting class over the weekend.
On Friday evening, the rising senior at McDonough’s Ola High School announced his commitment on Twitter writing, “Beyond blessed to say i'm 110 (percent) committed to Georgia Tech.”

Smith, 6-foot-4, 280 pounds, has offers from 27 total colleges including Duke, North Carolina, Purdue, Virginia and Virginia Tech, according to 247 Sports.
