Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James sent a letter to Alabama football that claims concern over a potential copyright infringement regarding Alabama’s new series “Shop Talk,” according to a letter obtained by ESPN.

James, who created an online program called "Uninterrupted" which is similar to "Shop Talk" in that it also takes place in a barbershop, and his legal team have not taken any legal action as of Monday.

Alabama released a teaser for "Shop Talk" last week which featured former Crimson Tide players like Julio Jones and Eddie Jackson and current coach Nick Saban all discussing football in a barber shop.

The letter from James’ legal team, which invites Alabama football to a conversation with James’ legal team before legal proceedings begin, states the following: “Your continued exploitation of ‘Shop Talk’ infringes ‘Uninterrupted’s’ copyright, trademark rights and other valuable intellectual property rights in ‘The Shop’ and significantly damages ‘Uninterrupted’s’ commercial prospects for ‘The Shop.’”
