Kennesaw State receives votes on FCS Top 25 preseason poll

In the third season as a program, Kennesaw State received 154 points in the STATS FCS Top 25 preseason poll released on Monday.

The Owls are one of two Big South programs to be mentioned on the list along with Charleston Southern, which ranked No. 14 on the list with 1710 points.

Charleston Southern will travel to play the Owls at Fifth Third Bank Stadium on Nov. 11.

Three of the Owls’ 2017 opponents— No. 19 Samford, Liberty and Montana State— also received votes on the preseason list.

Kennesaw State opens the season at Samford on Aug. 31 at 7 p.m.
