Falcons’ wide receiver Justin Hardy has worn No. 16 for the past two seasons, but the third-year receiver changed his jersey number to 14.

Hardy explained on Twitter on Monday night that the change was to honor his father who passed away four years ago.

Last season with the Falcons, Hardy had 21 receptions for 203 yards and four touchdowns.
