Justin Fields tweeted an encouraging welcome to James Cook Thursday after Cook’s commitment to the University of Georgia.

Cook, a 4-star running back from Miami, announced his commitment to Georgia Thursday on Twitter.

Cook was previously committed to Florida State, but the nation’s no. 3 running back reopened his recruitment in July. He visited both Louisville and Georgia before making his decision Thursday.
