The Cincinnati Reds selected Tyler Stephenson (6-4, 210) 11th overall in the 2015 MLB Draft in Secaucus, New Jersey.

Stephenson, a catcher at Kennesaw Mountain High School ,finished his senior season batting .415 with eight home runs and 25 RBIs.

Stephenson has a cannon for an arm behind the plate, and he can even crank a fastball up to 91 mph from the mound.

His size, strength and bat speed give him the potential to be a perennial power hitter.

He’s committed to Georgia Tech.
