An interception by Jacob Jamerson set up another Warner Robins touchdown in the second half. Warner Robins can clinch its first region title since 2004 with a victory this week. Last week: Beat Chestatee 28-21. Monroe Area QB Zac Cheshire, playing for suspended starter Stanton Truitt, scored on a 51-yard run on the opening possession. Monroe Area trailed 21-14 at halftime, but Michael Gallup threw a TD pass to Demek Kemp, and Kwan Brooks scored the game-winner on an 18-yard run. Last week: Lost to Sandy Creek 24-7. Carrollton entered the game averaging 265 rushing yards per game but was held to 71. Carrollton ran only 32 plays to Sandy Creek’s 61 and possessed the ball for 15:47 of 48 minutes.
