Jon Rahm, 19, Barrika, Spain vs. Rico Hoey, 18, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.

Tee time: 9:15 a.m.

Comment: A meeting of two of the top 30-ranked amateurs in the world and two all-Pac-12 players. Rahm, an Arizona State sophomore, ranks 14th in the world. Hoey, a sophomore at USC, is ranked 30th. Both are long hitters well-suited to the muscular Highlands Course at Atlanta Athletic Club.

Will Zalatoris, 17, Plano, Texas vs. Mario Galiano, 19, Malaga, Spain

Tee time: 9:25 a.m.

Comment: Fresh off winning amateur titles in Barcelona and Madrid, Galiano is the world's fourth-ranked amateur. Zalatoris, an incoming freshman at Wake Forest, won the U.S. Junior Amateur last month.

Bo Andrews, 24, Atlanta vs. Zachary Olsen, 20, Cordova, Tenn.

Tee time: 9:35 a.m.

Comment: Andrews has a little payback coming. The recent Georgia Tech grad and Atlanta Athletic Club member lost to Olsen, an Oklahoma State sophomore, in May's NCAA match play.
