Georgia Tech’s Oct. 30 home game against Virginia Tech will start at noon and televised on regional sports networks, including Bally Sports South in Atlanta. The ACC made the announcement Monday.

It will be Georgia Tech’s fourth game this season to start in the noon hour, the third at home, and the third appearance on regional sports networks. The game will be Georgia Tech’s homecoming, meaning that, with a noon kickoff, pregame festivities will need to be compressed timewise.

Among other celebrations, Tech’s 1990 national championship team will be honored, celebrating its 30th anniversary a year late due to COVID-19.
