Georgia Tech received a commitment Saturday from Lane Wadle, a tight end from Indiana previously committed to Northern Illinois.

A 6-foot-5, 242-pound rising senior at Greenfield-Central High in Greenfield, Indiana, Wadle is considered a three-star prospect by the 247Sports Composite. He reportedly holds scholarship offers from Tech, Northern Illinois, Air Force and Maryland, among others.

Wadle had four receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown as a junior. He also plays baseball for Greenfield-Central.

Tech now has 25 commitments toward the 2024 signing class, a class ranked 23rd nationally and fifth in the ACC in the 247Sports Composite.
