A day after Georgia soccer coach Billy Lesesne tested positive for COVID-19, the school’s home game against Missouri was canceled Thursday.

In the announcement, it was cited that there were “positive COVID-19 tests and subsequent quarantines within the Georgia program.”

With the regular-season schedule to end this week, the game with Missouri will not be rescheduled.

It originally was expected that Lesesne would return by Nov. 10, in time for the SEC tournament in Alabama.
