Four-star defensive tackle Jamaal Jarrett committed to Georgia on Tuesday.

The 6-foot-5, 350-pound Jarrett had narrowed his choices to the Bulldogs, Auburn and North Carolina.

Jarrett is a rising senior at Grimsley High School in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Linebacker Troy Bowles, a son of Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Todd Bowles, committed to Georgia on Saturday.

The Bulldogs, the defending national champions, open the season at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 3 against Oregon at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
