The Yellow Jackets took advantage of a big turnover late in the first half against Jacksonville State on Saturday at Bobby Dodd Stadium.

Lawrence Austin’s interception set up Georgia Tech at the Gamecock’s 32-yard line with less than two minutes remaining. Two plays later, TaQuon Marshall’s 27-yard touchdown pass to Ricky Jeune gave the Jackets a 10-7 lead. Defensive pass interference was called on the play, but Jeune still managed to bring the catch in.
