Here are the 5 things we learned from the Falcons' 24-14 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday:

1. Matt Ryan had a shoddy game.

2. Julio Jones returned to action and wanted to get open deep.

3. Defensive tackle Jack Crawford is going to be a force.

4. Could rookie Duke Riley could end up as the starter at weakside linebacker? LaRoy Reynolds left the game with an injury.

5. The Falcons have a compressed work week with the fourth exhibition game set for Thursday against Jacksonville.
