The Falcons’ Military Appreciation Day practice will be held at noon Aug. 4 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Tickets for the event are $5 per person and went on sale on online via Ticketmaster on Wednesday.

The proceeds will benefit the Veterans Empowerment Organization (VEO).

It’s a good chance to fans to see the team without making the drive to Flowery Branch for one of the seven other free practices.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium will have a special ceremony before the start of the practice to dedicate a permanent, unoccupied seat inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium to honor the more than 82,000 American soldiers who were prisoners of war or remain missing in action. The seat will be located in section 122 and sit empty for all events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in recognition of the sacrifices made by those soldiers.
