Jaguars LB Paul Posluszny vs. Falcons RB Michael Turner: For the third time in four seasons, Turner has surpassed the 1,000-yard mark; he has 1,068 yards, ranked third in the league. Turner has a groin injury that has made the Falcons rest him during the week. For the past two games, he's practiced only on Fridays. Posluszny leads the Jaguars in tackles with 159 -- 112 solo and 47 assists. The former Penn State linebacker began his career with the Buffalo Bills, but was signed to a six-year, $42 million contract as a free agent this past offseason.

Jaguars LG Will Rackley vs. Falcons DT Jonathan Babineaux: Rackley, the rookie from Riverdale High and Lehigh, has started 11 games and is a candidate for the all-rookie team. Babineaux has 21 tackles and has played a big part in helping the Falcons stop the run. Rackley suffered an ankle injury against Houston, but missed only a series. He was the only rookie to start on opening day for Jacksonville.

Jaguars QB Blaine Gabbert vs. Falcons FS Thomas DeCoud: DeCoud leads the Falcons with three interceptions. The Falcons are 9-1 against rookie quarterbacks in three-plus seasons under coach Mike Smith. Last week, they sent a series of blitzes at Carolina's Cam Newton in the first half. Then in the second half, the Falcons sat back in a zone and challenged him to make accurate throws. Where DeCoud lines up will be key to how the Falcons attack Gabbert, who has thrown 10 touchdowns and nine interceptions. Gabbert helped guide the Jaguars to a 15-13 victory over the Falcons in the exhibition season.
