Following the New England Patriots’ win in the AFC Championship Game Sunday night, coach Bill Belichick was asked his thoughts about the matchup against the Atlanta Falcons in the Super Bowl.

Belichick couldn’t offer any.

"No. I didn't even know they'd won," he said.

At Senior Bowl practices scouting for the NFL draft, Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff says he could believe Belichick was unaware of the NFC game results.

“I worked for Bill for 16 years, I could totally see that he didn’t know and even said I don’t want to know.”
