Q: How do you look at this Cowboys’ defense?

A: I think it's a really solid defense. Anytime that you play against (defensive coordinator) Rod Marinelli, they are going to be very disciplined in what they do. They don't give you a million different looks, but what they do (play Cover 2 Zone), they do really well.

Q: How does linebacker Sean Lee fit into the unit?

A: Sean is a great player. At this time of the year, you have to watch some film from last year, when he was out. The defense is different. He's that good of a player. He makes plays and he makes that defense a better defense. I'm impressed with his ability to play the run and his speed and ability to cover at the linebacker position.

Q: How is cornerback Brandon Carr playing for the Cowboys?

A: He's a good player. They kind of move him around to different spots. They really trust him. I think he's a guy who's done a really nice job. When you go back and look through some of the passing attacks that they faced in the playoffs last year in Detroit and Green Bay, I think he did a nice job in both of those games. He's certainly off to great start this season.

Q: Are you still amazed by the catch Julio Jones made last week?

A: I was probably a little bit late with that throw. As good as he is, he can make those kind of plays. I trust him to make it in any situation.
