New England Patriots’ tight end Rob Gronkowski joined Instagram to let his followers in on what he's doing in the offseason.

As fans might expect, Gronk is working hard and playing hard.

His first Instagram post is a compilation video showing him working out and having fun in signature Gronk fashion.

Gronk's Instagram account already has over 325,000 followers.
