Update: Neal returns after leaving game with head injury

Update:  Neal returned on the following series.

Falcons strong safety Keanu Neal left Monday’s game after a collision with Seattle running back Mike Davis in the first quarter.

He was being evaluated for a head injury. His return to game was questionable.

Rookie Damontee Kazee took over at free safety and Ricardo Allen moved to strong safety for the Falcons’ defense.
