Morehouse to play Alabama A&M in Canton, Ohio

Morehouse will play Alabama A&M in the first Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic at 4 p.m. Sept. 1 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium, adjacent to the Hall of Fame Museum in Canton, Ohio.

The Falcons will play the Broncos in the same stadium Aug. 1 in the Pro Football Hall of Fame game.

The Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic will include the schools' renowned marching bands performing at halftime and a special concert from Morris Day & The Time immediately after the season opener for both colleges.

Other festivities over the course of the weekend will include a Drumline & Dance Competition at noon Aug. 31. On the day of the game, a pregame Hall of Fame Tailgate Party and player autograph sessions will take place on the Hall’s campus.

Live entertainment will be provided from noon to 3 p.m., including performances by the Alabama A&M and Morehouse bands. There will also be a food court, beer garden and interactive sponsor booths.
