INJURY REPORT: Rodgers out with a concussion

Falcons running back Jacquizz Rodgers (concussion) is in the league’s concussion protocol program was held out of practice on Wednesday.

He left the San Francisco game and was being examined for a concussion.

Also, linebacker Sean Weatherspoon (knee) and defensive tackle Corey Peters (Achilles) did not practice and were listed on the injury report. Weatherspoon didn’t play against San Francisco and Peters is out for the season.

Wide receiver Darius Johnson (ankle) returned to practice and was limited. He was injured against Washington on Dec. 15 and did not play against San Francisco.

Tight end Tony Gonzalez (toe) and cornerback Robert Alford (ankle) were limited in practice,

Center/guard Peter Konz (neck) fully participated in practice.
