Georgia ties to Super Bowl XLVII between the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers in New Orleans.

Former Georgia Tech running back Anthony Allen was drafted in the sixth round of the 2011 draft by the Ravens. He is listed third on the running back depth chart and is a contributor on special teams. It is his first Super Bowl.

49ers wide receiver and special teams player Chad Hall attended Wesleyan School in Norcross, and played college football at Air Force. Hall, who went undrafted but tried out for the Falcons and Bills, played with the Philadelphia Eagles before signing on with the 49ers practice squad this season. He was promoted to the Super Bowl roster after injuries in the offense.

Former Georgia linebacker Dannell Ellerbe was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Ravens in 2009. He is playing in his first Super Bowl.

Demarcus Dobbs has lined up at tight end and defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers. The Savannah-native who played at Georgia was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2011. Dobbs suffered a partially torn MCL and PCL in the 49ers' December 9 victory over Miami and is on injured reserve.

Ramon Harewood, an offensive lineman from Barbados, played college football at Morehouse College. The starting left guard was drafted in the sixth round in 2011. He is playing in his first Super Bowl.

Bruce Miller, a fullback from Canton, Ga., who played high school football at Woodstock, was a seventh round draft pick by the 49ers in 2011. Miller, who attended the University of Central Florida, is playing in his first Super Bowl.

Defensive end DeAngelo Tyson was a seventh round draft pick out of Georgia by the Baltimore Ravens. A Savannah-native, Tyson played high school football at Statesboro.

San Francisco 49ers cornerback Carlos Rogers was born in Augusta and played high school at Butler High School. A 2005 first round draft pick by the Washington Redskins out of Auburn, Rogers joined the 49ers in 2011 and was signed to a four-year, $31.3 million contract in 2012. It is his first Super Bowl.

Before joining the Baltimore Ravens as the team's special teams coordinator in 2008, Jerry Rosburg held the same position with the Falcons a year earlier under Bobby Petrino.

San Francisco's defensive back coach Ed Donatell served as the defensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons under head coach Jim Mora for three seasons.
