The Falcons are urging their fans who attending the final exhibition game tonight against the Baltimore Ravens at 7 p.m. to use MARTA and arrive earlier than normal to the Georgia Dome because of expected heavy traffic delays.

Vice President Joseph Biden will be in Atlanta delivering remarks at 7:30 p.m. in Buckhead. It is expected, though not confirmed, that his motorcade will follow the Downtown Connector through Midtown and downtown to access Northside Drive off of I-75. This will impact all north-south travel south of Buckhead.

Also, Georgia Tech will be hosting its season opening football game at 7:30 p.m., against Alcorn State. Spectators may start arriving as early as noon. This will have the greatest impact on Tech Parkway and North Avenue.

DragonCon visitors will start to arrive in Midtown early Thursday afternoon.
