The Falcons signed tackle Reid Fragel and cut tackle Terren Jones from their practice squad on Tuesday.

Fragel, 6-8, 308 pounds, was originally selected by the Cleveland Browns in the seventh round (240th overall) of the 2013 NFL draft.

He has spent time with the Browns, Bengals, and Colts. Fragel began his college career at Ohio State as a tight end playing 39 games before making the switch to tackle as a senior.

He started 12 games at tackle earning honorable mention all-Big Ten honors.

Jones, 6-7, 341 pounds, was signed by the Falcons as a college free agent out of Alabama State following the 2013 NFL Draft. He spent the 2013 season as a member of the Falcons practice squad.
