The Falcons are one of three teams interested in signing Green Bay Packers defensive end Nick Perry, who set to become an unrestricted free agent on Thursday.

Perry, who’s 6-foot-3 and 271 pounds, was taken in the first-round (28th overall) of the 2012 draft. He’s played mostly right outside linebacker in their 3-4 alignment.

Perry had 11 of his 23.5 career sacks last season.

The Packers want to retain Perry and the Colts and New York Jets are also interested, according to NJ Advance Media.

Perry is projected to land a deal between $12 million and $14 million.
