Falcons injury report: 5 starters miss practice

Kicker Matt Bryant (illness), wide receiver Julio Jones (hip/oblique), wide receiver Roddy White (ankle), running back Steven Jackson (quadriceps) and cornerback Josh Wilson (hamstring) were listed on the injury report and did not practice on Wednesday.

Also, wide receiver Harry Douglas (foot) and right guard Jon Asamoah (back) were limited.

Falcons coach Mike Smith said that running back Jerome Smith, who was added to the active roster, will play on Sunday against Carolina.
