Falcons running back Tevin Coleman (hamstring) and defensive end Dwight Freeney (thigh) did not participate in the portion of practice open to media today. Both players were working on the side with trainers.

Coleman has missed the past two games because of his injury. Coach Dan Quinn said the plan was for Coleman to try to practice today and then reevaluate his injury later in the week.

Freeney did not play at Tampa Bay on Thursday.

The Falcons will update the status of both players when they issue their league-mandated injury report on Wednesday.
