The NFL draft is set for April 25 through 27 in Nashville, Tenn. and each morning we’ll take a look at a player on the Falcons’ draft board.

Today we’ll look at Eastern Michigan defensive end Maxx Crosby, who’s a projected third round pick, who’s had a private top 30 visit with the Falcons.

Falcons coach Dan Quinn said defensive end is one of the team’s draft priorities.

The Crosby file: 

Height: 6-foot, 5-inches

Weight: 255 pounds

40-yard dash: 4.66 seconds

Bench: 225 pounds 18 times.

Vertical: 36 inches

10-yard split: 1.62 seconds

20-yard: 2.72 seconds

3-Cone Drill: 6.89 seconds

Broad Jump: 10-feet, 2-inches

Key stat:  Crosby had 309 pass-rush snaps, according to profootballfocus.com. He made eight sacks, had 10 quarterback hits and 38 hurries. He had 56 total pressures for a pass-rush productivity of 20.7 percent.
