Falcons linebacker Deion Jones, who has a foot injury, was held out of the walk-through practice on Monday.

Jones, who went to the Pro Bowl as an alternate last season, led the Falcons with nine tackles and had an interception in the 18-12 loss to Eagles on Thursday.

“We held Deion Jones out,” Falcons coach Dan Quinn on Monday. “We are still getting some more tests on his foot. He came back sore from the game.”

Quinn noted that the team would release its league-mandated official injury report on Wednesday.
