The No. 7 Auburn Tigers and No. 12 UCF Knights will fae off on Jan. 1, 2018 in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, the College Football Playoff Selection Committee announced Sunday.

Auburn lost to Georgia 28-7 in the SEC Championship game Saturday, while UCF— the only undefeated team remaining in the College Football Playoff rankings—won the American Athletic Conference Championship over Memphis on Saturday, 62-55.
