Fans react: Auburn, UCF to face off in Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl

The No. 7 Auburn Tigers and No. 12 UCF Knights will fae off on Jan. 1, 2018 in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, the College Football Playoff Selection Committee announced Sunday.

Here’s what fans had to say about Auburn and UCF being chosen to play in the Peach Bowl:
Auburn beat both of their rivals in the regular season and both of them are going to the playoff over Auburn lmaoooooooooooooooo

Double shot for Auburn: Alabama made the playoff despite losing at Auburn and helped knock Auburn out of the playoff by wounding Kerryon Johnson.

#UCF making the playoffs was never going to happen. But the fact they didn't even finish #10 is a damn insult. They played well enough to at least break Top 10. Ridiculous. pic.twitter.com/0fKyOo6iIB

Why do we need two SEC teams in the playoffs? What about the hard work UCF put in this season? Smh

If Auburn starts 11-0 next year, they should intentionally lose to Alabama so they can get a break before the playoff.

Because that's how this sport works now, I guess.
Facing UCF in the Peach Bowl means Auburn's last three opponents have a combined record of 35-1.

Hoping UCF takes that dub to show the committee but if not then we know https://t.co/PpvsLs8wmK

In Auburn's last 17 games, the Tigers have played all four teams in the College Football Playoff a combined seven times.
