Erin Andrews in court for $75M peeping Tom lawsuit
Sportscaster and TV host Erin Andrews filed a $75 million lawsuit against the owner and manager of a luxury hotel and a man who admitted to making secret nude recordings of her in 2008.



![According to an attorney representing Nashville Marriott, Michael Barrett learned Erin Andrew's hotel room number from a hospitality line, found that the room next to hers was vacant and then requested that room. Andrews' lawyers contend that the hotel "granted the request … without [Andrews'] consent or knowledge." Barrett, who altered the peephole in Andrew's room, recored and posted videos online of Andrews undressing in July 2009.
