On behalf of Golf Channel, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and CSX, the East Lake Cup Collegiate Championship announced a $498,750 donation to the East Lake Foundation on Tuesday.

“We are very appreciative of the generous financial support we have received from the Golf Channel and the sponsors of the East Lake Cup at East Lake Golf Club,” said Daniel Shoy, Jr., President of the East Lake Foundation in a statement. “This important funding helps sustain the progress made in the East Lake community over the past 22 years and ensures the Foundation can continue to effectively provide residents with the tools necessary to build a better life for themselves and future generations.”

The third annual East Lake Cup collegiate match play championship started Monday and ends Wednesday in Atlanta at the East Lake Golf Club.
