Deshaun Watson, Todd Gurley named NFL Players of the Week

Houston Texans rookie quarterback and Georgia native Deshaun Watson and Los Angeles Rams and former University of Georgia running back Todd Gurley were named NFL Players of the Week for Week 4.

Watson was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week. He set an NFL record for most total touchdowns by a rookie with five against the Tennessee Titans. The Texans defeated the Titans 57-14.

Gurley was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week after his performance in a 35-30 win over the Dallas Cowboys. He recorded 121 rushing yards, 94 receiving yards and this touchdown:
