Despite their Sugar Bowl loss to Texas, the Georgia Bulldogs held a prominent place in early rankings of the 2019 college football season.

Jake Fromm and the Bulldogs are looking to return to their third-straight SEC title game. In their path is a schedule that opens at Vanderbilt for the first time since 1956; a visit from Notre Dame; and five straight games against East Division foes Tennessee (Oct. 5), South Carolina (Oct. 12), Kentucky (Oct. 19), Florida (Nov. 2) and Missouri (Nov. 9).

In his annual Pigskin Pickin', the AJC's Mark Bradley says he believes the Bulldogs will once again play for a national championship and fall short.
