Tech goes with throwbacks

Sept 13, 2014Tech wore its throwback uniforms Saturday for the first time this season. The uniforms were debuted last September against Virginia Tech in the 100th anniversary celebration of Grant Field’s opening. The white jersey and gold pants paid homage to uniforms worn in the early ‘70’s. Several players have voiced their preference for the uniform over the current model.
