Former University of Georgia running back Isaiah Crowell will likely miss the 2019 NFL season after suffering a torn Achilles tendon during a workout with the Oakland Raiders Tuesday.

A highly-touted recruit from Columbus, Ga., Crowell led Georgia with 850 yards rushing as a freshman in 2011 but was eventually dismissed from the team in 2012. He finished his college career at Alabama State and has 3,803 yards rushing and 27 touchdowns in five NFL seasons with the Browns and Jets.
