SEC title game odds

Nov 20, 2011

Georgia doesn't know who it will play in the SEC Championship Game, but whoever the opponent, the SEC East champion Bulldogs will be the underdog.

As of Sunday, Todd Fuhrman, the senior race and sports analyst for Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, projected that Alabama would be favored by 12 points, LSU by 10.5 points and Arkansas by 5 points in potential matchups against Georgia on Dec. 3 in the Georgia Dome.

Meanwhile, Georgia opened Sunday as a 5.5-point favorite over Georgia Tech for Saturday's game at Bobby Dodd Stadium, according to vegasinsider.com.
