Georgia opened as a 10 1/2-point underdog to Alabama in Saturday’s SEC Championship game, according to Vegasinsider.com.

Georgia is the defending SEC champion, defeating Auburn 28-7 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium last December. UGA and Alabama met in the national championship game at Mercedes-Benz in January with Alabama winning 26-23 in overtime.

Alabama defeated Georgia 32-28 in the 2012 SEC Championship game at the Georgia Dome.
