Kelvin Rainey, who signed a letter of intent with Georgia State, didn’t enroll in school for the Spring semester.

Rainey, a 6-3, 230-pound linebacker, originally attended South Carolina before transferring to Iowa Western Community College.

Rainey was one of nine junior college players who signed with Georgia State.
