Three-star point guard Mike Okauru from Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, NH has received a 2017 offer from Georgia Tech on Thursday, according to Brewster basketball coach Jason Smith.

In addition to his offer from the Yellow Jackets, the 6-foot-3, 175 pound senior from Raleigh, NC has offers from Pittsburgh, Clemson, Old Dominion and Rutgers.

Another Brewster Academy teammate that Tech has targeted is senior shooting guard Curtis Haywood who received an offer from Tech on Nov. 13 and a home visit from Tech coach Josh Pastner on Nov. 23.

Okauru is listed as No. 4 on 247 Sports’ list of top 2017 recruits in the state of North Carolina and has received coaches visits from Oklahoma State on Nov. 2, LSU on Oct. 26 and VCU on Oct. 3.
