Freshman offensive tackle Jahaziel Lee is expected to play for Georgia Tech in Saturday’s game at Georgia.

Lee missed last week’s win over Virginia with what the team described as an upper-body injury.

Lee, along with freshman guard Parker Braun and freshmen center Kenny Cooper started and played most of the snaps in the 30-20 win against Virginia Tech. Braun started last week’s 31-17 win over Virginia, while Cooper played a few snaps in place of senior Freddie Burden.

Johnson said on Tuesday the trio are good players who bring an athleticism to the positions the team hasn’t had.

Braun has started six consecutive games and is listed No. 1 on the depth chart for Saturday’s game. Lee is listed as the starter at left tackle with Cooper behind Burden.
