Five former Georgia Tech football players will work out for NFL scouts Wednesday, March 11, during the Institute’s Pro Day in Atlanta.

The NFL Draft is April 23-25 in Las Vegas. A number of schools his host pro days before then.

Here is the list of expected participants:

Christian Campbell, safety: Played in 10 games his final season, recording 36 tackles — two for a loss.

Nathan Cottrell, running back: Played 47 games in his career, the most on the team. Cottrell played a larger role as a special-teams playmaker his final season. His most significant play came against Miami on a fake punt in which Cottrell, lined up at gunner, ran down the sideline and caught a pass from punter Pressley Harvin.

Tyler Davis, tight end: A graduate transfer from Connecticut where he caught 22 passes for 237 yards and six touchdowns in three seasons. In one year in Atlanta, Davis contributed 14 catches for 131 yards.

Jared Southers, offensive line: Transfer from Vanderbilt made 10 starts at guard or tackle for a team that averaged 152.4 rushing yards per game and a line that allowed 28 sacks.

Step Durham, cornerback: Last played for the Jackets in 2018. He recorded 76 tackles, one interception and 12 passes defensed in four seasons at Tech. He was an undrafted rookie by the Chiefs who released him last April.
