Georgia Tech has a second commitment for its 2021 class. Grayson High athlete Jamal Haynes announced his commitment to the 2021 signing class Sunday via Twitter.

Haynes is a three-star prospect rated the No. 65 player in the state of Georgia in his class. He had reported offers from Pittsburgh, Purdue and Maryland. He announced his offer from Tech in September. Listed at 5-foot-9 and 175 pounds, Haynes played wide receiver for the Rams as a junior last season.

Haynes’ highlight video is impressive. It shows off speed and quickness in and out of cuts and in avoiding tacklers, as well as ball skills and downfield blocking.

Haynes joins wide receiver Malik Rutherford from Hialeah, Fla., in the 2021 class.
