After a 74-66 win over Ole Miss on Tuesday night, Georgia Tech celebrated its win and advancing to the semifinals of the NIT tournament in the locker room and through posts on social media.

Coach Josh Pastner can be seen celebrating and congratulating his team post game in the locker room.

“We started early the right way. We finished the game the right way,” Pastner said.

Center Ben Lammers, who scored 20 points and had four rebounds against the Rebels, spoke with Georgia Tech beat writer Ken Sugiura post game and said he's hoped to end the season on a win streak and that the success would pour over into next season.

“It’s obviously great,” Lammers said. “People didn’t expect a whole lot from this team going into the season, so this is a great statement saying that we’re a great team.”

The Yellow Jackets will play the winner of the Cal State Bakersfield and Texas-Arlington game which tips off Wednesday at 9 p.m.
