After going to south Florida and leaving with a victory against Miami, the Yellow Jackets followed that with both a little rest and some extra practice, the products of a bye week.

Next comes Pittsburgh, fresh off a 16-12 home loss to Miami that ended a four-game win streak.

The Panthers have won three of the four games in the series with Tech since Pat Narduzzi was hired as coach at Pitt. Overall, Pitt leads the series 8-5 and is 3-2 at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Pitt’s first three wins in the series came in 1918-20.

Pitt’s victories this season came against Ohio, Central Florida, Delaware, Duke (road) and Syracuse (road), with losses against Virginia, Penn State (road) and Miami.
