Georgia Tech finishes its regular season this weekend, with its seeding for the ACC tournament on the line.

A spot in the NCAA regionals also could will be at stake as the Yellow Jackets (29-24, 12-15 ACC) face Duke (38-12, 17-9) in a three-game series at Russ Chandler Stadium. Game 1 begins at 7 p.m. Thursday.

The remaining games are scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. Saturday.

Tech clinched a place in the tournament and enters the series in fourth place in the Coastal Division and tied with Notre Dame for the eight-best record in ACC play.

The ACC baseball tournament begins Tuesday at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, N.C. The tournament uses a pool-play format, with 12 of the 14 ACC teams qualifying for the postseason. The 12 are grouped into four pools for four days of play. The four pool winners advance to the semifinals May 26, with the championship decided the next day.

The Atlantic and Coastal division champions will earn the top two seeds, and the remaining 10 teams will be seeded by conference winning percentage.
