Georgia Tech completed its 2018 signing class Wednesday with the reception of a letter of intent from Jordan Domineck, a defensive end from Lakeland, Fla. Domineck previously committed to South Florida.

Domineck, 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds, projects as a linebacker. Given his school-record 25 sacks in his senior year at George Jenkins High, he would seem a fit at outside linebacker in new defensive coordinator Nate Woody’s 3-4 defense.

Domineck is a three-sport athlete (football, basketball and track) and is a three-star prospect (247 Sports composite). He committed to USF last summer. Domineck also was recruited by Appalachian State, suggesting that he is someone that Woody identified long ago as a fit for his scheme.

Tech is at its 85-scholarship limit for the 2018-19 academic year. Domineck was the third prospect to sign a letter of intent with Tech on Wednesday and is the 21st member of the signing class.
